Thomas oversees the day-to-day operations and execution of the Bean and Leaf experience. With a strong focus on organization, service, and attention to detail, he works to ensure every event runs smoothly from booking through completion. Thomas is committed to building strong client relationships and delivering the exceptional hospitality and premium experience that define Bean and Leaf Mobile Cigars.

Shaun Shadgou — Founder & Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Shaun leads the financial strategy and long-term fiscal planning for Bean and Leaf Mobile Cigars. As CFO, he helps guide responsible growth, financial accountability, and strategic business decisions. His entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to building a sustainable company play an important role in positioning Bean and Leaf for continued growth throughout Arizona and beyond.

Matt Mandel — Founder, Purchasing & Marketing Manager
Matt oversees purchasing and marketing initiatives for Bean and Leaf Mobile Cigars. From supporting product selection and vendor relationships to developing creative marketing strategies and expanding brand awareness, Matt helps shape how customers experience the Bean and Leaf brand. His focus is on creating meaningful connections, strengthening the company’s market presence, and helping introduce the Bean and Leaf experience to new audiences.

Danielle Marshall — Administrative Manager
Danielle manages the administrative organization and internal coordination that help keep Bean and Leaf Mobile Cigars operating efficiently. She supports communication, scheduling, documentation, and essential business processes while helping ensure the entire team remains organized and aligned. Her professionalism and attention to detail contribute to the high standard of service Bean and Leaf delivers to its clients and partners.
